Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the QuickFit4u website and app (together, the "Service"), operated by QuickFit4u ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate information when signing up and to keep it up to date.
- An account may be registered as a "member" (booking gym access) or a "gym owner" (listing a gym) — you may hold either type based on how you use the Service.
What QuickFit4u is
QuickFit4u is a marketplace that connects members who want short, hourly gym access with partner gyms that have spare capacity. We are not a gym operator — each listed gym is independently owned and operated by its respective gym owner, who is solely responsible for the condition of their facility, the accuracy of their listing, and the safety of members while on their premises.
Bookings and check-in
- When you book a slot, you're reserving hourly access to that gym, subject to the capacity the gym owner has made available.
- After payment, you'll receive a QR code (in the app and by email) as proof of booking. You must present this QR code, or have it scanned, at the gym to check in.
- If you expect to arrive earlier or later than your booked slot, you can send a note to the gym owner requesting a change; the gym owner may accept or reject this request.
- Arriving without a valid booking, or after a gym owner has rejected a rescheduling request, may result in the gym declining entry — QuickFit4u is not responsible for entry decisions made by independently operated partner gyms.
Payments and pricing
- All prices shown are set by the gym owner and displayed inclusive of applicable platform fees, unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's own terms for payment processing.
- A booking is only confirmed once payment is successfully verified.

Gym owner terms
- By listing a gym, you confirm you have the legal right to operate the facility and to make the listed hours available for booking.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of your gym's listing — facilities, photos, pricing, and opening hours.
- You agree to honor confirmed bookings and to check in members fairly using the scan tools provided in the app.
- Payouts for completed bookings are made to the bank details you provide, less the applicable platform commission, on our standard payout schedule.
- New gym listings are reviewed before they appear in search results; we may reject or remove a listing that doesn't meet our standards or violates these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes anyone else's rights
- Attempt to circumvent payment, e.g. by arranging off-platform payment to avoid platform fees
- Share, forge, or reuse another user's QR check-in code
- Interfere with the Service's security or normal operation, including scraping, reverse engineering, or automated abuse
- Post false, misleading, or defamatory content, including fake reviews or ratings
Liability and assumption of risk
Physical exercise carries inherent risk. You use any partner gym's facilities and equipment at your own risk, and you're responsible for assessing your own fitness to do so. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickFit4u is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from your visit to, or use of, a partner gym's premises or equipment — these are the responsibility of the independently operated gym.
QuickFit4u's liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service. You may delete your account at any time from the app's settings, or by contacting us.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through a notice in the app before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
